If you are planning to sell your company or simply need an Opinion of Value, one of our experienced intermediaries would be happy assist you with this.  If you sell your business through ABI, this Opinion of Value is complimentary.  Some circumstances demand a more formal Appraisal.  We have the resources to offer this level of Valuation as well. 

Our "in-house" appraiser is the founder of ABI, has over 38 years experience in business brokerage, business appraisal and expert witness testimony, and is credentialed by the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). He has appraised more than 700 businesses and participated in more than 1,000 transactions. Both the IBBA and CABB certify him as an instructor for courses having to do with business valuation, financial analysis and the principles of business brokerage, as well as California Probate Referees. He is approved as an expert witness in business valuation by the superior courts of California and United States bankruptcy courts. In addition he has authored several books and articles pertaining to the evaluation of small and medium-sized businesses.
